Nikolay Stanchulov – Founding Lawyer

Nikolay is a dedicated and results-driven lawyer practicing in Ontario. As the founding lawyer of NSPC Law Firm, he provides strategic legal counsel in Corporate Commercial, Civil Litigation, Wills and Estates, Immigration, Family Law, Personal Injury, and Small Claims matters.

Nikolay earned a Bachelor’s degree in Government Law and Policy with a minor in History from Carleton University before completing a joint Juris Doctor/Master of International Affairs at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law and the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024 and has since built a reputation for his diligent advocacy, client-focused approach, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes. Prior to practicing law, Nikolay worked in the hospitality industry for 10 years winning multiple awards including the 2023 Ottawa Tourism Grand Prize for the best and most exceptional customer service in the city. 

In addition to his legal practice, Nikolay is a licensed Notary Public in Ontario, offering trusted and efficient notary services to clients in need of document verification and authentication.

Fluent in English, French, and Bulgarian, and proficient in Spanish, Nikolay is able to serve a diverse range of clients, ensuring clear communication and effective legal representation across multiple languages.
